Dear PAC Member,

As most of you know, we’re in the process of recruiting new members for the upcoming PAC roster. Mr. Lee, Nominating Committee Chair, has asked that each PAC member bring at least one new face to the October 11 General Meeting for possible membership.

To that end, I’ve enclosed five copies of a letter you may use as a recruitment tool to distribute to prospective members. Please distribute these letters by hand, if possible. This will afford each prospective member someone they can talk to directly about the PAC. Reinforce to them that they are under no obligation to join but that we would love to see them at the October 11 General Meeting at the Police Station.

The success of this PAC’s efforts rests in the hands of those participating in it. That applies to new members, and, right now, it applies to you. Please attend the October meeting and bring at least one candidate. Thank you for helping to keep your neighborhood strong.
