Dear Long Beach Property Owner:

 

Your property located at XXX XXXX has been chosen as eligible for the freshly instituted Façade Improvement Program.  If you accept this invitation, the Long Beach Redevelopment Agency will pay 75% of the costs associated with the revitalization of the property’s façade (such as awnings, paint, landscaping, etc.) with you incurring only 25% of those costs.

 

The Westside Project Area Committee was asked which properties we feel are most deserving of this program’s benefits and yours is one of those chosen few.  Soon, the Redevelopment Agency will be sending you a letter asking if you wish to participate in this program.  I want to assure you that the Westside PAC is in favor of this project and encourages the revitalization of the Westside one hundred percent.  We hope that when approached, you seize the opportunity and are confident doing so, knowing the WPAC supports the endeavor.
