Please be advised that at our last General Meeting, the WPAC unanimously passed the following motion:

 

The WPAC requests Council adopt a resolution to support state legislation enacting the “No Net Increase” mechanism that was part of Senator Lowenthal’s SB 764 Bill introduced in the 2005-2006 session regarding Port-related air pollution.

 

Pursuant to that motion, we are requesting that this issue be placed on Council agenda as soon as possible.
